Deployment What areas do you provide security coverage for?
We currently provide primary coverage in Calgary and surrounding areas in Alberta. Our tactical network is expanding to other major Canadian hubs. We specialize in industrial sites, commercial properties, and high-value residential complexes.
Technology How does the NFC patrol tracking work?
We install encrypted NFC (Near Field Communication) tags at strategic locations throughout your site. Our guards must physically scan these tags with their operational devices to confirm their presence. This data is synced in real-time to your dashboard, providing 100% accountability.
Accountability How do you ensure guards remain active during night shifts?
Our Operational OS utilizes GPS geo-fencing and "Dead-Man Switch" protocols. If an NFC scan isn't performed within a specific timeframe, our central dispatch receives an immediate alert to initiate a welfare and status check.
Emergency What is your average emergency response time?
For sites under active monitoring, our tactical response units typically arrive on-site within 5 to 8 minutes. We maintain dedicated patrol units in key zones to ensure rapid neutralization of threats.
Reporting How and when do I receive incident reports?
Reports are generated instantly upon completion of a patrol or incident log. You will receive an automated email with an encrypted PDF, and the full history is available 24/7 via your secure Client Portal.
Legal Are your guards licensed and insured?
Yes, every Elite Guard operative is licensed under the Alberta Security Services and Investigators Act (SSIA). We maintain comprehensive tactical liability insurance and follow all provincial training mandates.
Operations What happens during a medical emergency on-site?
Our guards are trained in First Aid and CPR. In the event of a medical emergency, they are protocol-bound to stabilize the situation, call emergency services immediately, and notify the Client Site Lead through the emergency broadcast system.
Tactical What equipment do your guards carry?
Our guards carry encrypted operational smartphones, high-frequency radios, and body cameras for high-risk zones. We prioritize de-escalation and technology-driven deterrence over physical force.
Customization Can we define custom patrol routes for our site?
Absolutely. During the onboarding phase, we map your site and identify critical "High-Value Zones." We then program these into the OS, requiring guards to visit these specific points in a randomized or fixed order as per your requirements.
Public Relations How are public complaints or interactions handled?
All public interactions are logged. We have a formal Public Complaints process where any incident is investigated by our internal compliance officer. All findings are shared with the Client within 72 hours.
